Critical data related to public utilities, transportation, and citizen feedback was spread across multiple departments, resulting in delays, inefficiencies, and a lack of actionable insights. This hindered the government’s ability to address community needs promptly and effectively.
Our Approach
A tailored data engineering solution was implemented to centralize data, improve accessibility, and enable real-time decision-making. We;
- Established a unified data repository using Azure Data Lake to consolidate information from various departments, including public utilities, transportation, and citizen service portals. This centralized platform facilitated seamless data sharing and analysis.
